After you select a date and time, you will see a form. Complete the form and click the “confirm payment” button that will appear below to pay for and fully book your service.
Your coordinator will provide a 15 minute pre-webinar walk-through with the webinar presenters to show them how the webinar will work. Each presenter must submit their presentations in either PowerPoint or Adobe PDF formats. (Your will receive instructions detailing how to upload your presentations in your welcome email.)
You may have up to six presenters, this includes your moderator, and they will have and need phone access for their presentations. The attendees will have computer access to the webinar and must use their computer speakers to hear the webinar. (We can make special exceptions for those that do not have computer speakers and additional charges will apply.)

Julianne has been hosting successful webinars for over six years. Julianne will host one walk-through with the presenters in addition to providing behind the scenes coordination and support at the time of your Webinar.
